Retail

The retail network in Lithuania is operated by AB Ventus Nafta and as at December 31st 2013 it comprised 35 service stations, including 26 CODO and 9 DOFO stations. The stations operated under the ORLEN brand in the premium segment (23 stations) and the Ventus brand in the economy segment (12 stations).AB Ventus Nafta's main competitors in this segment are Lukoil, Statoil, and Neste. As at the end of 2013, AB Ventus Nafta held a 3.4% share of the retail market.

2013 saw a 1.6% year-on-year increase in the company's sales volumes, to almost 0.1bn litres. A noteworthy development was the improving popularity of the VERVA diesel oil, with its sales rising by almost 7% year on year.

The development of catering services and effective management of the non-fuel product portfolio enabled AB Ventus Nafta to markedly increase its revenue from non-fuel sales, by over 12% year on year.
